This event takes place in a park which requires a mild slope/some stairs to reach the ceremony area. The ground at the site is also mulchy/dusty and soft in areas so be cautious when picking your footwear. Please let us know if this would be problematic for you and we will assist you. A NOTE ON PARKING: There is VERY limited parking in the area by the ceremony so we have rented a shuttle to provide transportation between the reception venue and the ceremony site. Please park at the Mill Valley Community (ample parking lot!) if you are driving to the ceremony and the shuttle will start making trips at 3:30 pm to the ceremony site. If you are not driving to the event, feel free to be dropped off directly at Old Mill Park and you can take the shuttle back to the reception area with the other guests.

There will be a few light bites available in addition to a mojito/wine/beer bar with non-alcoholic options available, as well.
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Dinner, drinks, dancing!
10:30 am - 12:30 pm
Wear whatever feels most comfortable!
Some light brunch fare in the central gathering area of the hotel (adjacent to pool) and in the breakfast room.
