The day started with the intention of seeing Oxford, specifically the Lewis and Tolkien sights.

So, we started at the Doors of Durin!

Elaena was taking a lot of pictures, but I (Maggie) didn't think anything of it.

I just assumed the pictures were because Ephy and I were rarely together.

But Annie Rose knew what was really going on.

Ephy was threatening to throw Maggie in the water ):

Ephy: texting people that today's the day Maggie: why is he on his phone when we are walking the Addison's Walk in ENGLAND?

Maggie: He's cute. All is forgiven.

And... he's pretending to throw me in the water. Of course.

I didn't realize Elaena got this shot in the moment! It's the hotel where Jack Lewis and Joy met for the first time <3

We got out of the car at Holy Trinity--C.S. Lewis's church. Elaena tells Maggie to take down her hair. Maggie thinks nothing of it.

We walked in, and I (Maggie) was just in awe. I mean, this is where my favorite author stood! But Ephy is dragging me along to find the Narnia window.

*Here's the Narnia window! Oh wait. He's saying some really sweet things... Is he...?*

At this point, Maggie's brain was just a lot of !!!????!!!???!?!?! <3<3<3

"Magdalene, will you marry me?"

Maggie was nodding aggressively before she was able to make her mouth work again, "Yes!"
