What is the wedding attire?

Answer

Wear your summer wedding best! Suit & ties and the equivalent degree of formality for dresses. Dress your best, but keep an eye on the weather to try and dress most appropriately. Skip the stilettos (unless you want to aerate the land), but be ready to dance no matter what!

So where is this lovely shindig?

Answer

We will be celebrating our marriage at Eoin's family land in Chester, MA. The ceremony, reception, and dancing will all take place in the field in this beautiful woodsy area, where many family memories have been made and many many more will come. This special place is where Eoin proposed and where we hope to have many more joyous celebrations.

How do we get there?

Answer

You will be driving yourself to the "Littleville Fairgrounds" where you will park. We will be providing directions for you to save or print out prior to the wedding, but you can Google them as well. Cell phone service is not reliable once at the land for the wedding, so please make sure to review the route before you arrive. What are the parking details?

Answer

Parking for wedding guests will be located at the Littleville Fair Grounds: 15 Kinnebrook Rd, Chester, MA 01011 and you will be shuttled into the land. A shuttle will run every 10 minutes between 3:00-4:00. Don't be late! The shuttle will then run again from 9:00-10:30 pm to bring you back to your vehicle once you're all danced out. Parking on the land is reserved for family. If you have a specific need to have your vehicle on property, please let us know ASAP so we can try to accommodate you.

Carpooling & Designated Drivers

Answer

Carpooling is encouraged! Not only for the environment, but also for the convenience! We love you all and your safety of of the utmost importance to us. If you plan to leave the property after the wedding, please have a designated driver. Otherwise, you are welcome to bring a tent and camp out! But please, be smart after having fun <3

Is there cell phone reception?

Answer

There is cell phone service for most of the drive up to the land, but you will lose service when you are 5 minutes or so away. Please print out and/or save your directions to the land. There is no cell phone reception at the land. "But, how will I update my Instagram story?!" -- #DontWorry. You can still take pictures/videos, save them, and then post them when you get back home. Katie does it all the time :)

Can we camp out after the wedding?

Answer

You sure can! If you want to bring a tent to pitch and camp out after the wedding, please let us know (no RVs or campers please)! We will stake out a space for you, but need to know ahead of time. Let's get woodsy! Text us if you plan to camp! Katie: 413-265-5536 Eoin: 413-205-6400

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

If you have a food allergy, please let us know immediately. We have a wonderful caterer, Auntie Cathie's Kitchen, and we can let her know, but need to give her notice.
