Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with some family exceptions.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please check the travel page for recommendations. We have a hotel block at the Embassy Suites Downtown - a shuttle to and from the event will be provided. If you chose to stay closer to the venue, please note that Ubers can be challenging to get.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by August 15th!

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available at Bavaria Downs. If you choose to leave your car overnight, please pick it up by 11am the next day.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There is a shuttle that will be provided going to and from the Embassy Suites Downtown and the Venue. ****Please note that the venue shared that getting an Uber at the end of the night can be challenging*****

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start punctually at 4:30 in the evening. Please arrive no later than 4:20pm or you will sadly miss out on the ceremony.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

No, we will be indoors with the option of being outdoors for the cocktail hour or to take a break from dancing the night away.

What should I do if I can’t attend?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend, please indicate this on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We will have a bartending service. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any outside beverages on the premises.
