Wedding Party

Meet our family and friends that will help us walk down the isle.

Kate Enslein

Bride

Kate grew up in Redmond playing soccer and Microsoft computer games. Growing up along side Craig and the other neighborhood boys she was familiar with scraped knees and baseball in the street.

Craig Schultz

Groom

"The most important thing to know about Craig is he loves the Vikings." - Craig circa 1994

Steph Caron

Bridesmaid

Steph and Kate met in the 4th grade and the world has yet to be the same. Whether the two were racking up countless hours playing SIMS, or planning the most elegant fairy tale weddings, the bond they created is stronger than fiction. As the years have passed and the two have been miles, states and continents apart, Kate has always felt safe knowing her best friend was only a phone call away. Through the ups and downs of life, Kate always knew Steph would be there...with a bottle of wine, Thai food and endless stories, laughter and joy. Between Steph's travels and hectic schedule she managed to keep a close friendship with Kate. Kate is honored to have such an amazing woman by her side as she walks down the aisle they began planning 20 years ago.

Galen Squiers

Groomsman

Galen and Craig have known each other for decades, dating back to elementary school where they competed at every sport from baseball to basketball. Throughout high school they remained close friends, making memories and mostly staying out of trouble... though there was this one time with a couple jet skis in Mexico (Craig swears that wasn't his fault) where they narrowly avoided a night in jail. After high school Galen attended St. Martins University, starting at guard for the University's basketball team. Now he has started a beautiful family, with his beautiful wife Sarah and daughter Devyn. Though the years have passed, and the two have continued to live hours apart, Galen has remained one of Craig's closest and most reliable friends.

Sarah Schwarz

Bridesmaid

Kate was lucky enough to have Sarah enter her life during a time of personal growth. To Kate, Sarah has always been a shinning example of the confidence and compassion every woman should aspire to attain. Kate was happy to introduce Sarah to the big city lights of Seattle, and in return be introduced to the beauty and hospitality of country life during Sarah's wedding this past year in beautiful Montana. Similar to Kate, Sarah works in a school, as a school counselor. When she is not shaping the lives of our youth, she can be found on an adventure with her awesome husband Dustin. From mountain slopes to white water rapids, Kate is so happy Sarah found such an amazing partner. Sarah and Kate may have come together later in life, but when they get together you would never know.

Mick Sowl

Groomsman

Mick and Craig met on their first day of college at Central Washington University. The two became friends quickly and haven't looked back. Mick is a man of many interesting hobbies, most notably his love for BMW's and fish. Craig treated Mick's college home as his own second home, so Mick got to spend more time with Craig than he ever expected! Mick and his beautiful wife Marissa are expecting their first child in December. Mick has always been a very reliable friend, from shuttling Craig across the pass for holiday's to helping him move into his 3rd floor condo with just two people. Craig is truly thankful for all of Mick's support and friendship throughout the years.

Aimee Ketsdever

Bridesmaid

Aimee and Kate met during their wonderful, and educational new teacher orientation at Kamiakin middle school. The two absolutely hit it off, and together, were able to navigate the emotional roller coaster that is middle school. It seems impossible to explain how a twelve year old can make you rethink your life! Luckily even after the worst days, Kate had Aimee one portable down. Together with the aid of a margarita or two they regained their sanity. In her free time, Aimee is a wonderful painter, graphic designer, and mother to her pup! She shares a beautiful home filled with dog toys and amazing thrift store finds, with her incredible man Travis. Though they are no longer coworkers, Kate looks forward to singing the night way in downtown Redmond with her partner in crime.

Matt Firth

Groomsman

Matt and Craig attended Central Washington University together, where they both majored in Biology. Though they shared a major, the majority of their time at school together was spent crafting a beer wall while debating the likely success of the Vikings or Seahawks. Whether floating the river or making a "fire pit" in the back yard, these two never ran out of useless topics to debate. When they eventually got out, Matt was lucky enough to meet his amazing fiancee Jamie, who he will be marrying this summer! Matt has always been a great friend to Craig, he is someone who has been there for Craig during his best and worst days, for which Craig is extremely grateful.

Kahea Kanuha

Bridesmaid

Kahea joined the Enslein clan when she began dating Kate's younger brother Jake. Kate is ecstatic to have such a humble, smart and loving woman by her brother's side as they continue to build their life together. While Jake and Kahea were attending Pitzer College in southern California, Kahea originally shocked Kate by continuing to date her brother (big sisters...). As the years have passed, and Kahea has accompanied the Enslein family on multiple vacations and holidays, Kate has truly admired the great relationship Kahea and Jake share. Originally hailing from Hawaii, Kahea has brought with her a calm and thoughtful personality, one that Kate is eternally grateful to have accompany her, on her wedding day.

Michael Moen

Groomsman

Michael and Craig met on their first day of School at Central Washington University, where they were neighbors in Beck Hall. The two came from very different backgrounds and have continued to grow in vastly different areas of their lives, yet they have remained great friends. Whether debating fantasy football or the age to stop playing Pokemon Go, the friendship has always been full of good laughs and experiences. While Michael continued his education in Florida and traveled the world, he has always stayed in close contact; Michael is without a doubt one of the most humble and giving humans Craig has ever met. Craig is especially excited now that Michael has found his soul mate in Jordan. Looking towards the future Craig knows how lucky he is to have such a great friend in his life.

Abbigail Cress

Bridesmaid

Abigail and Kate met during college where she also received the same degree in humanities for teaching. Currently Abby is attending graduate school in Gettysburg for ministries. The knowledgeable foundation Abby brings to her studies regarding religion made her Kate's go to person during her religion 101 course where Kate got to show her vulnerability. It led to some hilarious and accidental memories. Abby's love for working with little kids has spanned years and always amazed Kate. That same endless patience she fostered while working with children has made Abby a reflective and wise woman. Kate hopes Abby's future brings her back to the Seattle area.

Doug Fillbach

Groomsman

Doug and Craig met at Central Washington University, where they were each members of the University's Rugby team. They became roommates during their junior year and made so many great memories...and many more their SO's will never know about. From fishing, to golf and crazy weekends at the Gorge, Craig and Doug have always had a great time. Doug was lucky enough to land his perfect match: Alex. In the last few years they married and bought an amazing home in Ellensburg! When Craig and Doug weren't up to no good, Doug has always been a friend Craig could count on to help him through a tough time. The college experience would not have been the same without this man!

Jake Enslein

Bridesman

Kate was so adamant that Jake be by her side, she defied norms and invented the role of Bridesman! Jake and Kate, brother and sister, friends that nature forced upon one another. Though at 12, Kate would have sworn he was dropped off by the stork, she has grown to realize how fortunate she is to have such an exceptional brother. Jake is a supremely talented, smart, beer brewing, unique soul, who was lucky enough to find an equally exceptional partner in life: Kahea. Though Kate knows Jake probably won't read this, she wants him to know she loves and adores him, and could not be prouder of him and all of his great accomplishments.

Zach Aaron

Groomsman

Zach and Craig met during middle school across from each other on the gridiron. Though Craig's team bested them that day, Zach and Craig were able to put their differences aside and become close friends thereafter. Throughout the years the two have continued to compete on the golf course, sharing stories and enjoying their time in the sun. Craig has always looked up to Zach (both figuratively and literally) at what a hardworking and loving husband and father he is. Zach has a beautiful family with his wife Kelsey and daughter Ella. By setting a great example and being an amazing friend, Zach has had an amazing impact on Craig that he will always be grateful for.

Garth Herrick

Bridesman

Garth and Kate met at Kamiakin middle school, during new teacher orientation. Along with Aimiee, the trio composed the 7th grade team, where they became a family. Garth and Kate bonded as they navigating the stressful middle school atmosphere, lacking an established curriculum . To blow off steam, the two enjoy attending trivia night, where they teamed up with Garth's wonderful wife Kelsee! Kate is so grateful to have Garth by her side on her wedding day. Whether serving as her email editor or teaching confidant, Garth has been an integral part of her teaching success. While Garth is serious about learning, he has always made it fun! Kate has especially enjoyed having such a creative partner to dress up with and show off their school spirit!

Chris Skoglund

Groomsman

Chris and Craig have been friends since their little league days at Hartman Park. Growing up in Redmond, competing together on all star teams to against each other on the golf course, Craig and Chris have always made having a good time a priority. Now that we have gotten older and more responsible, Chris has certainly been a great example for what a man should be. He is a loving husband and father to his wonderful wife Charlotte and two daughters Addison and Blakely. As Chris and Craig have continued to grow and start their families, Craig is extremely grateful to have a lifelong friend to enjoy the course with whenever he needs to get out!

Janie Sacco II

Officiant

Janie and Kate met in the Spring of their Freshman year at Seattle University. Janie has always been organized and creative, having made all of her Halloween costumes with her mom - from scratch! Janie managed to get multiple degrees at once while at Seattle University, often staying up until the wee hours of the night, something Kate could never do. She continues that amazing drive; recently she completed her masters at Loyola, and is currently working on her PhD at SU. She married Noah July 5, 2015 in a fun superhero themed wedding in Seattle. Janie has always been moving with words and Kate will have to practice not crying her makeup off during the reception. Kate and Craig are happy to have someone close to the bride able to officiate their wedding, making it a truly intimate affair.
