Maid of Honor
Victoria and I have known each other since 1999. That year her life changed completely. She finally had the little sister of her dreams. Growing up with Victoria was pretty great except when she would talk in her sleep. I watched everything she did learning what to do and what not to do, and how not to get caught. So many good memories of making mud pies, to singing songs so loud we had sore throats, COJO concerts, and pretty much everything else we did together. Victoria went through her share of heartbreaks so when I met Rick I wanted to be cautious. The more he came around the more I saw how much they loved each other. Which made me love him too. My sister was happy and with a nice funny man. I’m so glad to have Rick as my new brother-in-law.

I have been married for 11 years and have two wild and crazy boys. I met Victoria when she came to the cancer center as a student and we instantly connected. I have some great memories of time spent with Rick and Victoria, not because of what we did but how they made me feel. They are so down to earth and allow you to be yourself and accept you and love you no matter what. Once you become apart of their lives, you become part of their family. It has been amazing to watch them grow as a couple. Rick is the calm to Victoria’s crazy and they balance each other so beautifully! I am thankful that they have chosen me to be apart of their special day and can’t wait to see what the future holds for them! Congrats guys!

Girlfriend to Cody Chandler, mother of 4 kids. I met Victoria at work in 2017. Over time our friendship grew into something more than friends, she’s my family. Richard Bach once wrote, “ the bond that links your true family is not one of blood, but of respect and joy in each other’s life.” Since 2017 we have had many adventures to single one out would be hard cause they are all memorable, from Louisiana to Austin, San Antonio and to our cruise. Watching Rick and Victoria’s love grow and blossom over the years has been a true blessing. I am so proud of y’all’s accomplishments and ready to see what the future holds for both of you. Love your faces and congratulations on y’all’s special day!

Wife to Lupé Garcia. Mom to two beautiful girls. I work with the lovely couple at the hospital. I first met Victoria and Rick through a mutual friend a couple of years ago and since then we have just become closer. Every time we get together it’s always full of love and laughter. I know we can always count on them to be there when it matters the most. So when Vic asked me to stand in the wedding I did not hesitate to say yes! I feel so honored to share this special day with you both and cannot wait to ugly cry at the wedding. The Garcia family loves you both so much and we pray many blessings over y’all.

Wife of Jesse, mom of Bella. I’ve known Victoria for more than ten years now, beginning in junior high and high school! From reconnecting in college and joining forces on sixteen hour weekend shifts, we’ve always made a great team! I currently live and am working near Atlanta, Georgia. Don’t get us around each other unless you’re ready for some fun!
Best Man
Rikki, What can I say. We are both one in the same. Which makes it only fitting that we are getting married in the same year. I will always remember the fun times in Houston when you would drag me to go hang out, and now, Victoria has been an amazing addition to join in on the fun. I am so proud of all that you have accomplished and can't wait to see what your future holds. Love you so much fool! Your brother, Roy

“When I went off to college I knew I was going to meet new people, but never did I imagine developing lifelong friendships. Enrique is one of those lifelong friendships. I met Enrique through my friend and college roommate Robert. Since then, Enrique, Robert, Gerardo, and myself have had some fun times. From our first college night shenanigans to my bachelor celebration in Colorado; when Enrique drove us back to our cabin, and fell asleep at the wheel. Now, I get to be present at one of the most important dates of his life, and I’m happy for him and his beautiful wife to be Victoria. Welcome to the married life club. Always remember “Happy wife, happy life!””

2001 was the year when I really formed a bond with Enrique, and from there, the journey began. Starting in band class, we sat in the same row, almost always side-by-side. That’s when I saw what a great dude “Kiko” was.. Throughout high school and college, Kiko provided me and our group with countless laughs, moments, and memories. He watched me run and fall into muddy water. His first truck would honk on its own. He got us lost on one of our first trips into Houston, and wanted to ask a pharmacist for directions, rather than a policeman. Whether it be watching our favorite sports teams compete, playing basketball, playing video games, seeing what big cities have to offer, or dancing the night away, Kiko has and always will be a great influence in my life. Congratulations bro!

Not many people know this about me, but I’m an only child. I have been blessed by God that he gave me a brother like Enrique! He has been a big part of my life since we started the Wolfpack with myself, Robert, and Carlos. I’m truly grateful to be a part of his wedding to Victoria, who I’ve grown to know and love for the past few years, and whom I can say is perfect for Kiko. They say blood is thicker than water. But to me, our bond in the Wolfpack is thicker than blood! It’s trust and character that I need around me! If I could write down all the ride or die moments I’ve had with Enrique, I’d take a whole day away from the rest of the wedding crew! He is a brother to me, and I’m so happy to welcome a cool sister into our family and Wolfpack. I’m very happy to be a part of this lovely day.

Enrique Montes is my cousin, but that sentence does no justice to the bond we have. We grew up together as brothers on Nintendo 64, KoolAid Sunny D, Saturday Morning cartoons, Pokemon, and our Guela’s sandwiches. Over time, Nintendo became xBox, juices became drinks, and playing outside became going to college. Before we knew it, we got older. We got jobs; we got lives. But we still have that brotherhood. When I got married to Leslie, he spoke at the wedding as my Best Man. He said, “What I want when I get married is to have what you guys have.” I have never seen Rikki as happy and complete with anyone other than Victoria, and I believe that he is ready to embark on the next big chapter of his life with the love of his life. We wish him the best and cannot wait to see what the future holds
