Our story started at my sister, Keeley’s high school graduation, he actually came with me as a friend. We had a great time hanging out with my family and getting to know each other. We started hanging out with each other more after that, but then I backed off a little because I wasn’t ready to be in something serious. Little did we know that a few months later us and our mutual friends would be planning on going on a river floating vacation for a weekend. We were both talking to other people at the time. However neither one of our invites made it to the vacation. We like to say God knew what he was doing with that situation because we started talking again a couple of months later. None of our friends or coworkers knew we were developing deeper feelings for each other until we went on our first vacation (December 2nd thru the 4th year 2017) and had posted some pictures on SnapChat. On December 10th, 2017 he asked me to be his official girlfriend on a very snowy beautiful winter day. Fast forward 3 months later on an evening after we went to an Astros game we were just hanging out and talking when he told me he loved me for the first time. The rest has been a great adventure, I feel so proud and blessed with how much we’ve accomplished together. We can not wait to see what else God has in store for our story.
