Enma and Kyle met while at a dinner with mutual friends in Portland, Oregon. They were sitting at opposite ends of the table when Kyle abruptly got up and changed his seat to sit next to Enma. He thought, "Who is this little lady? I want to know her". They started dating shortly thereafter and began their journey with a 2 year long-distance relationship. With a few trips down to Alabama in between, Enma finally convinced Kyle to move to her home city of New York. They both share a love for travel, creating memories all over the world including hiking in the Amazon and eating late night churros in Spain. They have especially bonded over their love for sports; Kyle is now a soccer fan and believe it or not Enma has even gotten up on a snowboard! They are now living in Portland, Oregon together in the city they first met and added to the family with two gorgeous puppies: Bear and Breck.

They booked a trip to Paris, France for a weekend. Kyle had always wanted to visit Paris and Enma was luckily going there for the Women's World Cup with work. Enma was plotting how many croissants a day she could eat while Kyle had been plotting the perfect proposal. While Enma was getting ready for a romantic rooftop dinner, Kyle was taking in the fresh air on their hotel balcony. When she went outside to join him, he explained how all of this was a dream. He then got down on one knee and said it was also his dream to make her his wife. Enma said yes! They laughed, they cried and most of all they loved each other in that moment deeper than ever before.
