FAQs

The Wedding Website of Enia Bucme and Nathan Ordonez
Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress formally, but there is no specific style required. Women are kindly asked to avoid wearing white (wedding etiquette). Since part of the celebration will take place on the beach and grass, we recommend avoiding thin or pointy heels. Weather in Latvia can be a little unpredictable, so we suggest bringing a warm layer and possibly an umbrella just in case.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are planning a very small and intimate wedding, so every guest we invited is someone special to us. Unless a plus one is specifically mentioned on your invitation, we unfortunately can’t accommodate additional guests.

Question

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

As we are residents of the world and move around quite a bit, we prefer not to receive large physical gifts. If you’d like to give something, a contribution towards our honeymoon and the start of our life together would mean so much to us. Most of all, the greatest gift is having you there to celebrate this special day with us!

Question

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please let us know if you will be attending by 15.04.2026. Once you have RSVP'd, we kindly ask you to keep to your commitment, as many aspects of the wedding involve significant planning and expenses. Of course, if something unexpected happens, please let us know.

Question

Will there be vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?

Answer

Yes! We are happy to accommodate dietary needs. Please let us know by 15.04.2026 if you require vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free meals, or if you have any allergies or intolerances.

Question

When should I book my plane tickets?

Answer

As soon as possible! Booking early usually means better prices and more options.

Question

Are there any traditions guests should know about?

Answer

If you would like to give a short speech or toast, we would love that. Otherwise, just come celebrate with us and follow the usual wedding etiquette.

Question

How do we get to the venue?

Answer

Those who don't have a car will be matched with someone who can bring them to the venue. Please let us know if you have a driver’s license and would like to drive yourself or help with carpooling. If you do have a car and are happy to give someone a ride, please let us know as well - we’d really appreciate it!
