Best Western & Spring Hill Suites

For our guests staying at the Best Western and Spring Hill Suites, we have a bus to shuttle you downtown. Pickup times are as follows: Best Western: 5:15 Spring Hill Suites: 5:30 Make some new friends, maybe bring a snack. We’re not sure where the bus will drop people off due to the event, but we promise you will have a very short walk. The shuttle will also return you to the hotels at the end of the evening (midnight departure).

If You Are Driving

Please call our wedding planner Linnea at 978-809-0275 with any questions day of. We will not have our phones. We need you in your seats by 6:20 at the absolute latest, please try to be at the museum closer to 6pm, or earlier. There are a handful of parking garages & lots within easy walking distance of PEM. They are listed below in order of proximity and on this map https://maps.app.goo.gl/rr7xaVppA7WZRsMw9 (sorry, Zola won't link, please copy & paste) Museum Place Garage (next to PEM, but likely the first to fill up) Church Street Lot South Harbor Garage Waterfront Garage Salem Station Garage - Importantly, they are all less than a 10-minute walk from PEM! We also recommend checking traffic before you leave as there are many routes into Salem and the best one can vary considerably based on the day. For those of you staying at the Hawthorne Hotel, you’re in luck! The museum is about 500 feet from the hotel.
