We're so excited to celebrate our special day with our closest friends and family! As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.
We'd love to celebrate with everyone, but we unfortunately had to cut back on our invite list. Only kids in the bride and groom's families have been invited due to venue restrictions. Names of those children will be listed on your invitation when you RSVP.
Yes! We will have a shuttle that will pick up and drop off at The Graduate Hotel. Since The Naval Academy is a military base, they have security checks at the gate. EVERY guest will need to bring a government issued Real ID or a passport to enter - zero exceptions will be made.
The Naval Academy operates on a strict timeline, so anyone running late (bride included lol) will not be allowed into the chapel. We kindly ask you to ride on the shuttle to ensure timeliness, or we'll see you at the reception!
Because The Naval Academy is a military base, zero alcohol will be allowed on property. Breaking this rule will result in cancellation of the ceremony. DO NOT be that person :) Fear not though, we will have an open bar at the reception and a post-reception birthday bar crawl to make up for it!
Yes! Due to the venue change and strict 4 hour limit on our reception, we have a small gap in between events to allow for family photos. Guests can refresh in between or check out the local shops and restaurants.
Due to heightened security given world conflict, we unfortunately have extra hoops to jump through. All civilians will need to complete a 5512 form, which will be run through a background check. Ashley will reach out with the link to the form and instructions on how to complete it. For anyone who does not pass the background check, does not want to go through the process, or completes the form late, we'll see you at the reception!
