Transportation to Ceremony

Pickup location at The Graduate Hotel. Due to enhanced security, this will be the only way for civilians to enter USNA grounds. All guests MUST bring their government issued Real ID or passport AND their pre-approved pass to attend the ceremony. Pre-approved passes will be given out prior to boarding the bus to those who have satisfactorily completed the 5512 security form and passed the background check. It is not required to stay at The Graduate Hotel in order to take the bus to/from the ceremony.
Ceremony
1:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Cocktail attire. Military members are encouraged to wear their choker whites (with medals) or equivalent.
The shuttle will transport everyone from The Graduate Hotel to the Naval Academy Chapel. All guests 18 years and older MUST show a government issued Real ID or passport AND pre-approved pass in order to enter.* The Naval Academy has a strict timeline and the ceremony will not be delayed. Late guests will not be permitted to enter the chapel. *All guests 18 years and older are required to complete and submit their 5512 security form which will be encompass a background check 30 days prior to the wedding. Ashley will reach out with a link to the form and instructions on how to complete it.

There is a break before Cocktail Hour, feel free to check out the local restaurants and shops prior to Cocktail Hour. All civilians not participating in the photoshoot are required to depart USNA property after the ceremony.

Cocktail hour will include light bites, speciality cocktails, and an open bar. The Graduate Hotel requires ALL guests to show ID to take advantage of the open bar.
