Kaffee und Kuchen

2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

For those of you who don't know the concept, Kaffee und Kuchen is a staple of German life - basically it's the time of day when you have a coffee (or tea) and some cake whilst catching up with people. Our Kaffee und Kuchen will also have some fingerfood and a few alcoholic beverages.

Free Time

4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

This is the part of the day where you get to decide what you want to do: - Play some games! You all already know how much we love them so we will have a few on offer for you to play whilst sipping on a drink. If you don't know how they work then just ask around, plenty of our guests will be able to help you. - Enjoy the amazing views and explore the venue! When we first visited in June 2021 we fell in love with the views and we hope you do too. The venue itself is very historic so feel free to have a wander around and see what you can find. - Practice your German! Duolingo is a good way to start learning some basic phrases - but don't worry almost all of our German guests speak English very well.

Buffet

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Our evening meal will be a buffet including some of our favourite Mallorcan dishes made onsite at the restaurant. We have made sure there will be something for everyone to enjoy, but if you have any food allergies please let us know!

Party (Open End)

8:00 pm

Let's get the party started! 8pm is when our open bar will start - please double check on the day which drinks are included. As we are not in the UK and there are no time/noise restrictions we can party until the last person is scraped from the dance floor 🤪 For those in need of an energy boost, there will be a midnight snack. Please let us know in the RSVP section, which song you would like to hear. 🎶
