When and where is the wedding?
Answer
There ceremony will be held on Friday, January 30th, 2026 at the Indiana Statehouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. A small reception will follow immediately after.

What time should we arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive by 9:30am to allow time to park, find our party and get comfortable before we say "I do!"

What is the dress code?
Answer
Yes- we kindly ask guests to wear formal attire in darker colors to help ensure our photos are cohesive with the interior of the statehouse. Dresses: Floor-length or formal dresses in darker shades of green. Suits: Black suits with dress shirts.

Where is the ceremony located?
Answer
There ceremony will take place on the 4th floor of the Indianapolis Statehouse.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Due to the public nature of the Statehouse and space limitations, attendance is strictly limited to invited immediate family only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. We deeply appreciate your understanding and support in helping us keep this intimate ceremony safe, private, and meaningful.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
We highly suggest carpooling to make the commute a little easier. There are a few convenient options for parking near the Statehouse: On - street parking: Metered spots are available along Senate Avenue for around $6. Reserved Parking: To ensure a guaranteed spot, we recommend downloading the SpotHero app to reserve a space in a nearby parking garage.

Will there be photography?
Answer
Yes, we'll have a photographer capturing the ceremony. We ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony to ensure everyone can be fully present.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
Immediately following the ceremony, we'll gather for group photos before heading to our reception lunch at Rick's Cafe Boatyard .

Is there security at the Statehouse?
Answer
Yes, you will be going through a metal detector to enter the statehouse. We ask that you please come with empty pockets. No nail clippers, pocketknives, guns, or anything that could be construed as a weapon.
