Our Weekend

The Wedding Website of Emmilee Henderson and Richard Villarreal
We are so deeply grateful to spend this special weekend surrounded by the people who mean the most to us. Oregon and its mountains have shaped so many special moments in our love story, and we can’t wait to share it all with you! Our hope is that our wedding day will be the culmination and highlight of a celebratory weekend. We are intentionally designing the weekend to showcase some of our favorite parts of Oregon with our favorite people. We will have optional activities planned Friday morning through Monday afternoon, such as hiking, flower-picking, exploring the Fruit Loop, and enjoying many of the amazing restaurants and wineries of the area.

Welcome Party

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Elegant Vineyard Attire. Dress as you would for a favorite winery outing, polished yet relaxed. Think midi dresses, polos, linen blazers, breezy fabrics. Don't forget a light layer for an evening breeze.

Come soak up all the "gorges" views and celebrate with us the night before we say "I do!" Cor Cellars in Lyle, WA is a scenic 20-minute drive along the river once you cross the Hood River Bridge. We'll have plenty of drinks and some light bites to enjoy as we kick off the celebration. As a heads up, ride shares are limited in this area, so we kindly ask that you plan ahead with a designated driver or carpool. We'd love to help coordinate rides, so don't hesitate to reach out. We want to make sure everyone gets there and back safely!

Our Summer Solstice Wedding Day!

4:00 pm

Please arrive at 4 pm for mocktails, music, and coffee. 5 pm: Eat 6:30 pm: Say "I do" Dancing and celebration will follow the ceremony. We can't wait to see you! Attire: garden-party cocktail. Think- long flowy dresses in floral patterns or earthy spring colors. These colors are only suggestions and we just want you to be comfortable and have fun! Late June weather in this area can be warm in the day and breezy at night. We suggest wearing or bringing light layers to keep warm through the night since most festivities will take place outdoors (Definitely also some sunglasses!). There will be cobblestone and grass in case you are considering tall heels!

Hillside Farewell Picnic at Analemma Wines (Optional/Self-hosted)

12:00 pm

Attire: Feel free to dress up in your favorite comfortable winery or picnic attire! We recommend non‑fussy walking shoes and a warm layer, as the hillside can get breezy.

If you’ll still be adventuring in town on Monday, we would love for you to join us for a self-hosted relaxed farewell picnic at Analemma Wines. We’ll be gathering on the hillside tucked between lavender fields and cherry orchards. You’ll be treated to the “Twenty Mile Picnic,” a delightful spread made entirely from ingredients grown or crafted within 20 miles of the winery. It’s $35 per guest (wine or mocktails are available separately). We will be in peak lavender and cherry season, so feel free to stay a little longer for U-Pick to take some home with you!
