Since it’s Labor Day weekend, flights and traffic can be busy. If you can, arriving Thursday morning or early afternoon is ideal. There’s plenty to explore in Atlanta, and we’ve listed some of our favorite spots on the “Things to Do” page.
We suggest staying at one of these hotels near the venue: Hotel Clermont. About five minutes from Callanwolde and known for its great rooftop. voco The Darwin – Midtown. About six minutes from the venue and close to Ponce City Market. You can find booking links and more details on the “Travel” page.
Many guests are planning to stay Thursday through Sunday to enjoy the long weekend and spend time exploring the city. Atlanta has a lot to offer, and we’ve listed some of our favorite places on the “Things to Do” page. We’re also hosting an optional day-after tailgate on Saturday that you’re welcome to stop by for a bit or stay and hang out. If you’d prefer to avoid heavier Labor Day travel, heading home Saturday is also a great option.
We love your little ones, but we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding and for making arrangements ahead of time. We’re really looking forward to celebrating with you.

There’s plenty to explore in Atlanta. The Georgia Aquarium, Atlanta Botanical Garden, Fernbank Museum, Dragon Con, Ponce City Market, and the Aflac Kickoff Game are all great options during the weekend. See the “Things to Do” page for more ideas.
The ceremony and reception will both be indoors. Cocktail hour will use a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, and there will also be outdoor areas available during the reception if you’d like to step outside.
We ask that you keep phones put away during the ceremony so everyone can be present with us. Once the reception starts, feel free to take photos.
We recommend using rideshare if possible. Callanwolde does have a parking lot with approximately 110 spaces available for guests.
Your invitation will list everyone included, either by name or with “and guest.” Because we have a limited guest list, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.
