Do I need stay at the Inverness for the Wedding?

Answer

Not at all! There are many hotels and you're more than welcome to stay at whichever Hotel you like!

I have a Child in addition to my +1, can they still attend?

Answer

Of course! When you return the RSVP, just add by hand "Bringing (#) of children". Our Venue does have a maximum limit of guests, so please make sure to return your RSVP quickly to ensure we can accommodate your children.

Do I need to pay for parking if I stay at the Inverness?

Answer

No, staying at the Inverness under our Wedding Room rate will give you access to: Complementary Self Parking, Shuttle Service, Basic Wi-Fi, and access to their Adventure Vault. You will also not have to pay any Resort Fees for your stay.

Is transportation provided to the venue?

Answer

If you book a guest room at the Inverness for the nights of the 16th and 17th, you will receive free transportation to and from the venue. Only hotel guests may take this shuttle.

How much do the Wedding Rooms cost?

Answer

The room rates are: 1 King Size Room - $249 a night. 2 Queen Size Room - $259 a night 2 Queen Size Room with a Balcony - $259 a night

What are the advantages of staying in the Inverness?

Answer

Our Host hotel Inverness has a dedicated shuttle service that will take you to and from the Wedding Venue on the day of the event. They also have a shuttle service that will take you to any shopping or restaurant location within 4 miles of the hotel for a stress free experience!

What should I wear?

Answer

We're asking all guests to wear formal attire. We can't wait to see you all dressed up! For the ladies, since the ceremony will take place on grass, we suggest you wear block heels or sandals. Stilettos might not be the best choice.

Can I take Uber/Lyft to the Wedding instead?

Answer

We do not suggest this because Ubers/Lyfts are unavailable in Larkspur.

Can I drive to the wedding venue?

Answer

You're more than welcome to drive yourself to Spruce Mountain Ranch. The path is a little tricky due to being in a small mountain town, but if you're comfortable with that it's fine. The path does get very dark at night, and Larkspur police are very strict. So please drive carefully if you do! Please note that cars cannot be left at the venue overnight so we highly recommend you have a DD.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! Our ceremony will take place in a small grass field. Dinner will be held indoors and dancing will be on an outdoor patio.

Is the Wedding "Child Free"?

Answer

No, we welcome all your young children to come and celebrate with Christina and I! We do however, ask that parents keep a close eye on their children during the event. This is still an event for Adults not children, so all we ask is for children to be removed if they start being too fussy. We do not want to exclude anyone and want everyone to enjoy our Wedding!

I have a Dietary Restriction, will you be catering for that?

Answer

Yes! We currently have an option for Steak, Chicken, and a Pescatarian/Vegetarian option for dinner. If you have any specific allergies, please let us know via the RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Is there a Kids option for food?

Answer

Yes! We're currently in talks for a Kid Friendly menu for our younger or more picky guests. Just let us know you'd like that option during the RSVP portion.
