We’re Getting Married!

It has not always been a fairy tale but it was certainly love, loyalty and friendship. Shante’ and Emmanuel met back in the fall of 2005 in high school as sophomores. And, it wasn’t necessarily love at first sight; as matter of fact, if you ask both of them they’ll tell you that they didn’t even like each other at first. Emmanuel will say she was the girl you heard before you saw her but when you followed the voice you saw her because she was tall and stood out. While Shante’ will say Emmanuel was quiet but had pretty eyes. They simply started off as friends but that friendship grew stronger and stronger. They attended different colleges in different states and even worked different jobs in different states but no amount of distance could keep them away from one another . Now we soon get to witness their union as they make it “A Shore Thing” on their special day.

Well there it is, it finally happened. They are getting married and Shante was so surprised by the proposal Man pulled off and she loved every moment of it. At their house cookout amongst friends and family, she said the lucky words, “Yes.” And that was the proposal, nice ring all to say he pulled it off sweating hella bullets along the way.

Fast forward, Shante & Emmanuel can’t wait to spend their lives together. With the house, cars, jobs, family, friends, and their most precious gift of all, their baby boy Tre’ they cannot be more happy. They long to grow together spiritually, mentally, physically, and emotionally together as a married couple, parents, and best friends.
