Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

All events will take place at Rancho De Las Palmas - the ceremony, reception, and after-party are all happening on the same property. No need to drive between venues, just come ready to celebrate!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

A mix of both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, while dinner and dancing will take place inside. The venue offers a seamless indoor-outdoor experience, so feel free to wander, mingle, and enjoy the full space throughout the night.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive 25-30 minutes early to ensure you are seated on time. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, you’ll be asked to wait until it's over to enter— thank you for understanding!

Are guests allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

We’ll have designated moments for guests to take photos, but otherwise, we kindly ask that you keep phones away and enjoy an unplugged ceremony with us. Let’s be present together for this special moment.

Yes! There is free onsite parking available at Rancho De Las Palmas.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’re asking guests to wear garden cocktail attire—elevated but comfortable. Think semi formal outfits that work well outdoors: dresses, jumpsuits, suits or dress shirts with slacks. We’d love for everyone to feel confident and comfortable all night long.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The open bar is on us but the hangover is on you! Open bar will be available throughout the night. Please note that the venue does not serve shots (we know, Cindy was sad too) but there will be plenty of great options to keep the celebration going. Cheers!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

As much as we’d love to welcome everyone, this will be a more intimate celebration. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically named on the invitation.

While we absolutely love your little ones, we’ve decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event with the exception of our sweet ring bearers: Aaron, Adrian, and Andres. We hope you enjoy the evening as a fun date night!

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard Ventura Simi Valley, located about 5 miles (10 minutes) from the venue. To secure the best rate, we prepaid for the rooms in advance. If you’d like to reserve one, just reach out to us directly. Payment can be sent via Venmo, Zelle, or cash—whatever’s easiest for you!
