HOW WE MET
We met officially via Bumble! Our first date was brunch at Village Deli. It lasted over 3 hours!

HOW IT'S GONE
Cooking together, especially chicken tacos with homemade pico. Driving to Nashville for Naughty Dog books. Frequently trying new board games, like Harvest, Azul and Cascadia. Driving to the Cutouts with country music blaring. Simultaneously enjoying each other’s company while we participate in our own hobbies. Watching new shows and Emmalee always watching the newest kids movie. Teaching Emmalee new video games.Trying different crafts or artsy hobbies. Puzzling together. So many lovely memories!

THE PROPOSAL
On a beach vacation with his family, Chris popped the question during family photos. Chris acted like something bit him on his ankle. Emmalee believed him until he started to reach in his pocket! After he popped the question, it was a resounding “yes,” and people in a restaurant nearby clapped! On the drive home, Emmalee played a “Just Engaged" playlist!
