Take a trip to the islands!

If you plan on staying a few extra days, we recommend taking a day to visit one of the islands! Both Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket are a short ferry ride away and a perfect day trip. Ferries are available to Nantucket from Harwich and Hyannis and to Martha’s Vineyard from Hyannis, Woods Hole or Falmouth. Flights are available to Nantucket as well from Hyannis every hour.

There are several wonderful and public beaches in the area. To name just a few, we recommend Red River, Hardings, or Lighthouse Beach.

While there are many public golf courses to choose from, Chatham Seaside Links is located in historic seaside Chatham nearby Chatham Bars Inn and Lighthouse Beach. If you're looking for additional options, the Captains Golf Course located in Brewster has two well maintained courses to choose from. You can also check out Cranberry Valley Golf Course in nearby Harwich.
