Parking is free. There will be friends & family directing parking for all wedding guests at the front of the venue. We ask you drive your Unique, Vintage & Classic vehicles, However the lot is grass. So please be mindful of what vehicle you choose to drive. All guests are liable for the possessions they choose to leave in their vehicle.
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Please Refer to your Invitation or the FAQ section for attire guidelines.
The ceremony will begin! Help us in eliminating phones at this time, We ask your devices are put away and silenced for the ceremony, so were able to be present in this special moment. There will be guidance to appropriate seating for guests, Please dispose of any food or drink prior to the ceremony and place purses below your feet. We look forward to joining as one, in front of all of you, in what we hope is a special and loving moment.
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
There will be cocktails courtesy of Twisted Horse Shoe! As well as some light bites. The guest book & several activities will be available for guests to enjoy post ceremony.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
At this time guests will be welcomed to indulge in a Home Cooked Buffet curtsey of Cindy’s Kitchen. There will be servers at the buffet to fill your plates, as well any other needed assistance. We ask that you please dispose of your own trash in the designated areas when finished with your meal. The bar will remain open for cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. Make sure you bring your appetite!
6:00 pm - 6:30 pm
We will welcome the Bride and Groom to cut the cake. We'll hear toasts from the wedding party, then we will open the floor to family members to say a few words.
6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Following Toasts, we'll announce the first dance, family dances, and finally welcome our guests to join in dancing! This is the time for fun! Help us celebrate by busting a move & singing your heart out to all of our favorite songs!
8:30 pm - 9:00 pm
We will be sending the newly weds off on the next chapter, Join us in starting up the whip and waving goodbye! Guests will be asked to tidy up & head home, Parking will be guided at the exit as needed.
