Montfair Resort Farm is ours starting at 12 PM on Friday, August 15th. Wedding party and family staying on site can show up at any point after 12, but cabin check-in is at 4pm. If you'd like to arrive Thursday night and stay on site, reach out to Emma and Will for cabin assignments so you can book your same cabin for an extra night! Other wedding guests are invited to come enjoy the venue later in the evening for the welcome party (see below).
Welcome Party

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to shorts and tees. Come as you are! (*NOTE - wear shoes that you are comfortable wearing to walk on grass, gravel and uneven ground)
Join us for a casual summer cookout with hot dogs, burgers, and festivities beside the lake! We'll have yard games, canoes, wine and cold beer.

Wedding and Reception

Cocktail Attire: We may be in a camp setting, but we still love getting fancy. Think cocktail attire for a typical outdoor wedding. (*NOTE - wear shoes that you are comfortable wearing to walk on grass, gravel and uneven ground)
We're tying the knot on the ceremony field near the venue entrance, followed by a lakeside cocktail hour and dinner on the tented deck. In the case of inclement weather, we will move all events onto the tented deck.
Campfire & After Party

Wind down with us at a campfire after party! Late night food and s'mores, of course! The last shuttle back to downtown Charlottesville will leave at 11:45pm.

For those staying on-site at Montfair, breakfast and coffee will be provided at the main event lodge. Cabin checkout is at 10:30am, but feel free to hang out in the main event lodge or venue grounds until 3pm.
