Yes! The ceremony and reception are at the same location and there is parking.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Gate opens at 4 PM. Ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. There is a decent walk to the ceremony site. Don’t wait so you have to walk down the aisle with the bride! ;)

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We would love to see everyone at our welcome party, entitled “The Night Before…”. This will be a laid back time for conversation and fellowship. This is a cocktail attire event. Desserts will be provided and a cash bar will be available.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The easiest places to book accommodations will be under our “Travel” tab. Staying closer to Maryville/Townsend will allow for more availability since there will be a UT football home game. Go Vols!

Please RSVP no later than August 13th.

Yes! It’s all at the same venue.

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be outside, but we have a backup rain plan. Bring a sun hat if you’re worried about being in the sun! The reception will be covered but open air.
