Casual, comfortable attire is perfect! We'll have access to pickleball courts and a field for yard games, so feel free to wear something you can move around in if you'd like to play.
Yes! There will be a complimentary shuttle bus to and from Vintage Fields and the Marriott Courtyard Hotel, which is next door to the Fairfield. You can stay at either hotel and use the shuttle. If you are not staying at the hotels and would still like to use the shuttle, some parking spots will be available for guests - please let us know if this is something you're planning to do so we can let the hotels know how many extra cars to expect. The shuttles will be departing from the Courtyard Marriott hotel parking lot at 4:15 PM to arrive around 4:45 PM. There will also be shuttles available to take guests back to the hotel at 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
If you’re not taking the bus, plenty of parking will be available at Vintage Fields. The ceremony space is a short grassy walk (with a small hill) from the parking area. Staff with a golf cart will be available and happy to provide rides from your car if you prefer not to walk.
If you are driving, we kindly ask that you plan to arrive around 4:45 - 4:50 PM to allow time to walk to the ceremony space and find your seat before the ceremony begins.
We’re envisioning a “summer garden party” feel for our wedding with semi-formal attire. Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors with some grass and gravel to walk on. Summer colors and florals are welcome if you already have them in your wardrobe, but definitely not required. The indoor space for the dinner and reception will have air conditioning. Above all, we want you to wear what makes you feel your best and ready to celebrate!
