We can't tell you how excited we are to see you! For friends and family traveling from out of town (and anyone else who'd like to join!), we'll be having a casual welcome party the night before the wedding. Stop by for food and games as we celebrate having our favorite people in the same place! For members of the wedding party, we'll plan to meet here to run through details of the ceremony as opposed to a formal rehearsal at Vintage Fields.
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
The shuttle will arrive at the Courtyard Marriott hotel at 4:05 PM and depart for Vintage Fields at 4:15 PM, arriving around 4:45 PM.
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm
After the ceremony, join us for a night of dinner and dancing. We're SO excited to celebrate with you! Shuttles will depart Vintage Fields for the Courtyard hotel at 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
