Omni Richmond Hotel

There are two ways that you can make your hotel reservations. One option is to call 800-the-Omni (800-843-6664) and reference the Shepard Williams Wedding Room Block. The other option is to book online by using the link on this page. Please book no later than April 28, 2026. We will have transportation picking guests up from the hotel to get to the ceremony and will return guests to the hotel at the end of the night.

The Berkeley Hotel

In case the Omni is fully booked, The Berkeley is right across the street. You can still utilize our bus transportation if you chose to stay at The Berkeley and would just need to walk over to the Omni Hotel to catch a ride. We do not have a hotel block here.

Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Downtown

Another option in case the Omni is full. This hotel is a 4 minute walk to the Omni if you are staying here and are utilizing our bus transportation.

House Or Rental

Richmond Airbnbs

If you're planning to stay for the weekend or traveling with a big group, Airbnb is an alternative —just keep in mind that options in Richmond can be limited, especially Memorial Day weekend. We recommend booking sooner rather than later, and looking in areas in or around the Richmond area (The Fan, Museum District, Downtown Richmond, etc.)

Richmond Airport

If you are flying in for the wedding, the airport you will fly into is Richmond International (RIC). The Omni Hotel is a short 20 minute drive/uber from the airport.
