Are children allowed?

Our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to our venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will be black-tie optional. For men, dark suits or tuxedos and cocktail attire for women. Ladies, please feel free to wear floor-length gowns or cocktail dresses (can be midi or knee-length).

Where can I find accommodation options for out-of-town guests?

Answer

Our wedding hotel room block is set up at the Omni Richmond Hotel. Please visit the Travel page for more information on how to book using the hotel room block.

What airport do I fly into?

Answer

If you are flying in for the wedding, please fly into the Richmond airport (RIC). This airport is roughly 20 minutes from the Omni Richmond Hotel. We recommend our out of town guests arrive no later than 2pm on May 23rd.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

If weather permits, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be under the pavilion indoors.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be a fully stocked bar following the ceremony.

Will there be transportation to the venue?

Answer

Yes! We are providing bus transportation that will leave from the Omni Hotel (where our wedding block is) at 4:30pm. The buses will depart the venue at 11:15pm to go back to the Omni. Please let us know when you RSVP if you are planning to take the bus transportation so we can get an estimated headcount.

Can I drive myself or take alternate transportation?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot at the venue if you are driving yourself. Uber/Lyft is an option as well.
