What do I do when I get to the venue?

Answer

This is the camp location where the ceremony and reception will be. Parking is open and there will be clear signage to direct exactly where to park. There will be close parking spots for those with accessibility needs, as well as a shuttle option from the ceremony to the reception. There will be a 5 minute woodsy walk on a pathway from parking to the ceremony. A map of the campground can be found on the gallery page of the website

How accessible is the campground?

There are very close parking spots for both the ceremony and reception for a few cars that may need it, there will also be a shuttle from the parking lot to each location. Minimal walking needed.

What should I wear?

Answer

Outdoor garden or cocktail attire. Upscale hobbit, if you will. I do not recommend skinny heels as we will mostly be on grass and dirt pathways.

When Should I Arrive?

We recommend arriving by 1:30pm to have time to park, walk to the ceremony location and find a seat. Thank you in advance for your punctuality.

Family kids will be included on the invitation, but since our wedding is fairly large, we are unable to allow all kids.
