Can I take photos at the ceremony?
Answer
We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We have invested in a very talented photographer and videographer to document our special day so we ask to please keep your phones away and on silent for the duration of the entire ceremony.

Transportation services?
Answer
Shuttle services will be provided from hotels with room blocks. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kingston-Ulster 2:15 & 2:40 PM Best Western Plus 2:15 PM Residence Inn 2:35 PM Courtyard Marriott 2:45 PM Shuttle will return to hotels regularly throughout the night, starting at 8 PM with the last shuttle departing Fortune Valley Manor at 12 AM. Please note if you drive to the venue and enjoyed yourself too much, you may leave your car at the venue and be able to take the shuttle back to one of hotels that has a room block.

Are there any other weekend activities?

The Bride and Groom will be at Keegan Ales in Kingston, NY on Thursday, June 13th around 8 PM. Come join us if you are in town early to say hello! Parking may be limited so we recommend carpooling if possible.

Please RSVP by April 30th. Specify which hotel block you are in so that we can make sure there is a seat for you on the shuttle!

What if I arrive late to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony begins promptly at 3 pm. If you arrive late to the venue, do not panic! Keep in mind, however that you will not be permitted to drive down to the parking lot until the ceremony is over. This policy ensures that the special moments are not disrupted by traffic. If you do arrive late, you will have two options: 1) The venue will provide valet service and permit you to walk down to the barn and ceremony area. They will then drive your car down to the lot after the ceremony, park for you, and return your keys. 2) You can wait until the ceremony is over and drive down to park your car when one of Fortune Valley Manor's employees lets you know the ceremony is over and traffic will no longer cause disruption.
