Eric was born 6 years after Jeff. While he won't comment on what growing up with Eric was like, a senior aide close to the matter says... "it was hell." Eric is proof that minorities can assimilate to American culture: he lives in the suburbs of the suburbs and collects lawnmowers. Say what you will, but Eric's stories always make Jeff laugh. Dillon and Jeff grew up together in the humble neighborhood of Bay Pointe. They attended Big Ridge Elementary school and have been friends for 25 years. More often than not, they spent hours after school playing 1 on 1 basketball, riding bikes down to the pool, and staying up late watching movies.

Shawn and Jeff first met at Baylor, where they quickly bonded over being the only Asians in the class. Before Shawn defected to their rival school, they were inseparable. They got the rare opportunity, later in life, to be roommates for over 3 years. But they were often ships passing in the night while Shawn worked nights and Jeff, well, did not.
Ches Davidson

Last but not least of the Baylor side of the grooms party: Ches. He and Jeff met in middle school and have grown close over teenage summers at Riverbend and during his golf-playing stint in Atlanta. Ches has never been shy to call Jeff on his bs or to remind him of the ONE time he helped construct a prom sign.
Shawn Gregory

He may not be the only groomsman named Shawn, but he certainly is a unique persona. Dr. Gregory is, by any stretch of the imagination, the smartest in the party. Shawn and Jeff met in a redneck hot tub in college and have never looked back since. Somehow he has been allowed to procreate and is co-raising a gaggle of the most precious little boys.

Spencer and Jeff met through the outdoors program at Georgia Tech, but their friendship has run the gamut over the years. Whether it be staff-rafting in college over the summer, pedal-baring in the streets of Austin, or chugging white Russians at a baby shower, Spencer and Jeff are up for any sort of adventure.
Asher Thompson

If you ever need someone to rely on, call Asher. He famously saved Jeff's proposal picnic, packed hundreds of wedding invites, and somehow still found time to become a travel agent and serve on the board of a non-profit.
