Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 21, 2021. Remember to contact the hotel as well by this date if you will be spending the night. Rooms that are blocked out for our wedding guests will be released for general public use by May 27, 2021. Ladies in the wedding party are invited to spend Friday night in the house at the farm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available across the street in the Runyan's parking lot. It will be clearly marked and is within walking distance of the ceremony area.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please help us to be aware of any food sensitivities or allergies by contacting Debbie Case via email at mcase4@gmail.com or by phone at (810) 624-0625. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, and help you to feel comfortable with the items being served.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please try to arrive at the ceremony 15-30 minutes early in order for us to greet and seat everyone on time. We will be practicing social distancing with regard to the seating arrangements and can shift chairs as needed to accommodate families

Question

What if I am unable to attend, or a member of my family becomes ill after I RSVP?

Answer

We are counting on our guests to monitor their own health and respectfully ask them to consider celebrating at home with our online link if they are feeling ill or are awaiting Covid test results. It is helpful if you could notify us as soon as you know that your plans have changed but we understand that things can change without much notice. Please don't worry or fret. Your continued prayers and support are greatly appreciated!

Question

What kind of accommodations are available for nursing moms or younger children?

Answer

The restrooms will be nice, walk in, trailer style Port-Potty and lWe will provide high chairs during dinner if you need them. Please let us know if you have any further needs that are not addressed.
