4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside in an open, grassy courtyard.
In the event that we have inclement weather, we will hold the wedding inside one of the barn areas with a cement floor. Watch the weather for Clio, Michigan! In the event that we need to move the wedding and reception inside, we will follow CDC guidelines and those of the Michigan Health Department with regard to wearing masks, social distancing, and sanitizing. Please see our FAQ page for any updates as we get closer to June 12! Please contact Deborah Case at (810) 624-0625 or mcase4@gmail.com if you have any difficulties with your RSVP or making overnight hotel accommodations.
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Guests will be transported to the reception area via tractor-pulled wagon. The wagons have bench seating and small cushions instead of the seasonal hay ride. Please let us know if anyone in your party will need assistance or a lower wagon that might be more easily accessible for walkers, wheelchairs or strollers. We will also be able to accommodate younger children who may need a highchair during dinner. Please let us know if you have any food sensitivities as well.
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The dinner menu will be "Michigan based"' and will include Lake Superior Whitefish, Bourbon Glazed Chicken Breasts, a Michigan salad, seasonal vegetables (locally grown), potatoes, and cornbread. Please let us know if you have any food sensitivities/allergies that we should be aware of or if you have young children that may need a highchair.
