FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As we are organising multiple events for our wedding celebrations, we kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so we can organise numbers with our vendors. However, the deadline is the 30th June 2026. If you have not RSVP'd by this date we will have to count you as a 'no'. Please refer to our RSVP page where you can RSVP to each event. If you have any dietary requirements or questions, there’s space to let us know when you RSVP.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to wear wedding attire. For gentlemen, please avoid jeans and shorts. Suits, including a jacket, are encouraged. For the ladies, bridesmaids are wearing chocolate brown, so if you would prefer to not match, then please choose another colour. We recommend bringing flat shoes for the dancefloor to keep the party going comfortably; we won't be providing dancefloor flipflops due to luggage constraints.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Early September in Mallorca, we should expect the day to range from 25 to 30 degrees with the sun setting at 20:15. We will have parasols and shaded areas during the ceremony and for cocktail hour. For the evening we should expect temperate of 18 to 20 degrees. The day can still be warm, so feel free to bring a handheld fan to stay cool and comfortable during the ceremony and celebrations.

Question

What time does the ceremony begin?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 14:30. Guests are welcome to arrive from 14:00, but please ensure you arrive no later than 14:15 so everyone is settled before we begin. Please see our 'schedule' page for more details on timing for the weekend. We kindly ask that you plan your travel in advance to avoid any delays or traffic — we’d hate for you to miss the moment!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer for capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like, in fact this is encouraged!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be welcome drinks upon arrival, cocktails post ceremony and an open bar for the party! We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. Therefore we ask that only the named guests in the invitation are in attendance.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We’re keeping our wedding small, so while we’d love to include everyone, we’re only able to invite a few children- those who are named on the invitation. We hope this allows for a relaxed and enjoyable celebration for everyone. Thank you so much for understanding!
