Travel Note
Carmel is approximately 4.5 hours from the Gridley area. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 o'clock at Monastery Beach, so we ask guests to arrive by 4:45 pm. Parking can be limited, so please allow adequate time to account for traffic and parking. The reception venue is a ten minute drive from the beach, and cocktail hour will begin directly following the ceremony. There is ample parking at the reception venue, and cars may be left overnight if needed.
Hotel
A block of hotel rooms has been reserved for Thurday, August 27 and Friday, August 28 at a discounted price. Carmel Mission Inn is a convenient 4 minute drive from the ceremony, 7 minute drive from the reception, and just minutes from downtown Carmel. To book by phone, call the hotel directly and identify as being with the Sannar-Leyva Wedding August 27-30, 2026. To book online, go to www.carmelmissioninn.com and enter the arrival and departure dates. Click "Promo Code" dropdown and select "Group Code." Enter the code 2608SANNAR (all capital) and click "apply." The group block will be valid until July 28, 2026 or once the block is full.
