Question

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

No, there will be two different locations. The ceremony will take place at Monastery Beach. The reception will be held at Carmel Fields, which is a ten minute drive from the ceremony location. Guests can head to the reception directly after the ceremony for cocktail hour.

Will the celebration be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside on the beach, in the sand. The reception will take place indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive to the ceremony by 4:45 pm so you have time to park and enjoy the surroundings before the ceremony begins. Please also take into account traffic, which is common in the surrounding areas.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Monastery Beach is open to the public, so parking here can be tricky. There is parking directly in front of the beach as well as street parking. At the reception venue, there is ample parking, and cars may be left in the parking lot overnight if needed.

Are kids welcome? Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the venue's features, we are only able to invite those listed on the invitation. Your invitation will indicate whether kids or a plus one are included. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to the bride or groom- we're happy to clarify!
