When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would love to have all RSVP's completed by January 13th so we can give all of our vendors ample notice. If your invite includes a plus one/guest, please indicate whether or not they will be joining you. If you forget to RSVP, please bring a sandwich and your own chair! (just kidding...)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal or Cocktail Attire: This dress code is typically used for afternoon weddings or evening weddings that are slightly less formal. Men can wear a suit and tie or dress pants with a blazer, while women can wear a cocktail dress or dressy separates. Ladies - please keep in mind that a portion of our wedding will be held outdoors, choose your shoes wisely!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invite includes a guest or +1, feel free! Otherwise, we hope you understand that we only have room for so many people.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We want all of our adults to enjoy their night, kid free! If your invite has your little one(s) included, you are more than welcome to bring them.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking on site, however, please do not leave your vehicle overnight. They must be removed from the premises on the night of our wedding. If you do not want to drive (which the bride and groom recommend), hop on the shuttle! The shuttle service will be operating from 10-11 pm in order to transport guests from the venue to the nearest hotel (World Golf Village Renaissance). Please keep in mind that you may not have cell service while on venue property. If you need to order an Uber, Lyft, etc. we recommend pre-ordering or using the shuttle.

Will your wedding be open bar?

Answer

Yes! We are so excited to be able to provide for our guests. However, we do ask that you bring cash to tip our bartenders, they will greatly appreciate it!

Can you give me details about the venue?

Answer

Chandler Oaks Barn is located on 20 acres of what used to be an oak tree farm. There is a large pasture of friendly farm animals, garden house, candy store, and a doughnut shop! You are encouraged to explore the property and take it all in. The doughnut shop will be open for a two hour span during the reception serving fresh doughnuts, coffee, hot chocolate, and tea.
