Our choice to marry in Colorado isn’t about convenience; it’s about connection. Chet and I moved to Colorado four years ago for similar reasons; work/internship, and a pull towards the mountains. Having been raised by families who instilled in us a passion for the outdoors, we both felt a need to see what lay beyond the East Coast ranges. After moving from Philadelphia and Boston (the two best cities on the East Coast - especially Philly), we quickly realized that the soul of Colorado does not lie in downtown Denver. It’s found in the natural beauty of the Rockies. We chose to host our wedding outside of the city because the mountains are the heart of who we are as individuals and more importantly, as a couple. Shortly after meeting, Chet and I began sharing our passion for the outdoors together through roadtrips, hiking, camping, and checking off 14ers. The mountains have been the bedrock for our relationship from the beginning. Choosing a venue in one of our favorite areas of the state is our way of sharing our hearts with you. Our greatest joy (other than getting married) is simply to bring the people we love the most to a place that encapsulates “us”. To give you a truly authentic Colorado experience, our venue is a historic Christian Dude Ranch. A place with a rich history in hospitality, outdoor adventure, Native American heritage, and the spirit of the Old West. We cannot wait for you to experience this place so close to our hearts and hope that you fall in love with it just as we did!

This is our wedding venue which offers beautiful cabins and lodge rooms on site! If you would like to stay here, please reserve by 6/15/2026 and make your reservation by calling the venue directly or emailing them at fun@deervalleyranch.com. **Make sure to mention that you are a guest at our wedding and qualify for a 10% discount!** FYI: Many of the cabins sleep large groups of people. If you are a small party, and are comfortable with sharing a cabin with other guests, please reach out to us and we will connect you with similar parties to keep it more affordable for everyone.
