What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, there is a dress code—semi-formal. We kindly ask that guests do not wear jeans. Think dressy, but comfortable—suits or nice dresses, but no need for tuxes or ball gowns. Just come looking sharp and ready to celebrate!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to get parked, seated, and settled before the ceremony begins. We’ll start right on time!

Nope! The ceremony and reception are at two different locations. You can find both addresses listed on the Schedule page. Be sure to check it out so you know where to go (and when)!

The ceremony and reception will be at two different venues. You’ll find both addresses on the Schedule page. There is parking available at both locations, so no worries there! At the reception venue, we’ll also have a shuttle running to help guests avoid climbing the hill—just look for signs or ask a staff member when you arrive.

We love your little ones—but we’re kindly asking for an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you a chance to relax, let loose, and enjoy a night to yourselves!

Yes! We’ll kick things off with a cocktail hour, followed by a full dinner and drinks. Come hungry and ready to celebrate!

What’s the weather typically like this time of year?
Answer
Late October in Bella Vista is typically mild and pleasant—with daytime highs near 68 °F, evenings cooling into the upper 40s, and moderate humidity around 70%. There’s a chance of light showers, but significant rain is uncommon this time of year. You’ll have about 6 hours of sunshine, and sunset will be around 6:20 pm CDT, so layering up for the evening is a great idea.
