When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by June 1, 2026, so we can finalize details with our vendors and plan accordingly. We truly appreciate your timely response!

Is there a dress code?

We’re celebrating Montana-style! Break out your boots, denim, hats, and western-inspired outfits. Dress it up, make it fun, and come ready to dance under the big sky. If western wear isn’t your style, semi-formal attire is perfectly welcome too. Evenings in Montana can get a bit chilly, so we recommend bringing a jacket or layer to stay comfortable.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by an indoor/outdoor reception. Montana evenings can cool off, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or layer.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating so everyone can be settled before the ceremony begins.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! Parking will be available directly in front of the venue on gravel and grass surfaces.
