Bryce and Emma met online - Tinder to be exact. They began their journey on a Sunday, when they started talking, and soon figured out that they were working in the same Wells Fargo building. The next day, they decided to meet face-to-face and have lunch. They talked, got to know each other more, and Bryce asked if he could take Emma on a date, which of course she agreed to. Being it was in October, and getting closer to Halloween, he planned the perfect First Date. First, they went to Applebee's, enjoyed some ribs and $1 Margarita's, and then they headed to Des Moines’ famous, Haunted Supermarket, to enjoy some good scares. Even though it was down pouring, and Bryce put up with Emma's bloodcurdling screams it was the perfect first date, and it's been history ever since.
Bryce's proposal was nothing short of perfect. He didn't want to make a spectacle of it, he wanted it to be about him and Emma, but it wasn't any less romantic or amazing. Bryce had just gotten home from GNC, and he brought Emma home some nachos from Taco John's. As she was sitting on their bed, stuffing her face with nachos and watching the Masked Singer; Bryce had Loki (their cat) in his arms, and asked Emma if she had gotten him a new collar. Emma - thinking that this was a legitimate question (as Loki had recently ripped the bow off of his bowtie collar); went to turn and answer, when she was met with the most BEAUTIFUL ring that was around Loki's collar. Bryce then got down on one knee, and asked Emma to be his, forever. Of course she didn't make it easy for him, and first asked if he had spoken to her father, and gotten his blessing. When he confirmed, she said "YES" a thousand times. They cannot wait to get married!
Although we love your little ones; please use this day to obtain a sitter, as Emma and Bryce will only be entertaining the kiddos in their immediate family.
