Emma and Andy first met in high school. They were taking the same Spanish class and soon found themselves as acquaintances in the same group of friends. Throughout high school, Emma and Andy shared classes together despite the one-grade level difference. During Chemistry class they found themselves working together and talking more often. Their acquaintanceship quickly turned to friendship. Although Emma and Andy dated others during their high school years they found themselves attending Prom in the same small group. After graduating from high school, Andy maintained their friendship with weekly breakfasts at IHOP, chauffering Emma to and from school during her senior year. The two soon found themselves attending the same school again at the local community college. During Emma's first year of college, they realized there was more to their friendship. Emma and Andy began dating in January of 2011. In the fall of 2012, they went off to Fresno State together. During college, they enjoyed football games, parties, and living as roommates. Upon graduating they moved back to Redwood City and began to build their lives, together. Having spent the last several years loving each other, growing their careers, and spoiling their dogs (first Charlie and now Cora), Emma and Andy are finally ready to say I DO! This wedding has been over a decade in the making and they are so excited for everyone to celebrate together!
