We will be sending out wedding invitations in July and you can RSVP at anytime! Please RSVP by Saturday, August 1st, 2026.
The celebration will begin with the ceremony, followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. We’ll also be hosting an after-party to continue the festivities for all that wish to continue celebrating with us!
Yes, there is parking available at the venue. You’re also welcome to leave your car overnight—just please pick it up by 10:00 AM, as they have another event scheduled the following day.
Our wedding dress code is cocktail attire. The ceremony will be held outdoors on the lawn, so we recommend ladies wear shoes that won't sink into the ground
October weather is usually beautiful, with sunny days and cool evenings, but we recommend checking the forecast closer to the wedding date. Since the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, we suggest bringing a jacket or shawl for the evening. The reception will be indoors.
We are having food trucks cater food for the wedding and there will be vegan and vegetarian options. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to Alec or Emma to make sure we can accommodate something for you!
Due to capacity of the venue and our vendors we can only accommodate those specifically listed on the invitation/envelope. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact amount of people you can RSVP for.
Please visit our hotel page for accommodation details. We have reserved a hotel block at the Hilton Garden Inn Longmont. There is also a new boutique option, Hotel Longmont, though we do not have a room block there. For guests hoping to stay closer to the venue in Lyons, WeeCasa Tiny House Resort is located just across the street from Planet Bluegrass. There are also several Airbnb options available throughout Lyons.
