Are children allowed?

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event, with exception to a few immediate family members. We appreciate your understanding. If helpful, we are happy to recommend a few trusted babysitters who we know personally. We also recommend Aspen Babysitting & Nanny Co (be sure to reserve early, as they do book up somewhat quickly): https://www.aspenbabysittingcompany.com/ However, please do bring all the kids and babies to the welcome party on Friday!

What is the dress code?
Answer
The welcome party is dressy casual (M: flannel or button down/jeans, F: dressier top/jeans/booties, long skirts, long casual dresses etc). The wedding will be "mountain cocktail" which means cocktail attire with whatever mountain flair feels true to your soul (but no pressure to partake!). Read: this is your bolo tie moment!! That cowboy hat won't wear itself! Put that flower in your hair, you hippie you! It's time for some new boot goofin'! Kemo Sabe hats welcome, but Andrew will 100% make fun of you! For the ladies: Any length dress (midi-length, high-low, long or flowy maxi), but just keep in mind, it does cool down at night - so a longer dress might serve you better for the whole evening. Bring a light jacket for sure. Stiletto heels aren't recommended, as you'll be on grass for the ceremony and happy hour. For the dudes: A full suit (any color(s), go wild) or a blazer with jeans or dress pants. Tie is up to you. What is the bus schedule?

Buses to wedding: - 3:15pm pick up from the Element and Hoffman Hotel (10 minute drive to Spring Creeks Ranch) Buses back to hotels: 8:30pm: bus back to the Element/Hoffman Hotel after dinner 10pm: you can either go on a bus back to the Element/Hoffman Hotel, OR hop on a bus to the afterparty (1 minute drive to The Black Nugget) Buses from after party - 12am or 2am buses back to the Element/Hoffman Hotel
