We're so excited you're here! Join us for a casual evening to say hello, clink glasses, and kick off the wedding weekend. Wine and beer will be served at the Lobby Bar, please See Emily or David for a drink ticket! An update on food: We recommend guests make dinner arrangements before the welcome drinks as the hotel has informed us that they cannot guarantee food or snack availability for the welcome drinks due to seasonal staffing issues and from just opening. Thank you all for understanding!

Shuttle to the Wedding
2:45 pm - 3:00 pm
There will be two buses leaving the Hilton, one at 2:45pm and another at 3:00pm. For our guests staying at other hotels in the Auburn area, please make your way to the Hilton to use the provided transportation. The wedding venue is approximately 20 minutes from the hotel, and the ceremony starts promptly at 4:00pm.
Wedding Ceremony & Reception
4:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Formal Attire
Our ceremony begins promptly at 4pm. The ceremony and reception will be held indoors at The Lodge. Busses will be departing the venue at 9:30pm and making their way back to the Hilton Auburn. From there, the afterparty is a 2-minute walk across the street!
After Party
