Our venue is a certified organic property and a Blue Zone. They do not allow any balloons, open flame, or confetti. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Please respect these rules. Everything will be outside, unless weather doesn’t allow.
Parking is tricky, so we hired valet! Please let them take care of your vehicle. (We do recommend that you tip a few bucks - both the bride and groom used to work in valet.)
Cocktail or semi-formal attire is encouraged. Weddings are a great excuse to dress up and we’d love to see everyone participate.
We chose lighter, more earthy and neutral colors. Think dusty/blush pink, sage green, and a champagne/beige palette.
We will be serving dinner buffet style. On the buffet will be salad, potatoes, vegetables, and chicken for the main protein. (Everything on the buffet will be vegan and gluten free, satisfying all dietary restrictions, with the obvious exception of the chicken and any cheese or butter on the side.) *If you are vegan and we do not already know this, please let us know so we can add you to the vegan entree headcount.
The beer and wine is on us! Since we have several guests on our invite list that don't drink alcohol, this is the decision that made the most sense for us. Liquor will still be available for purchase. Cheers!
We ask that during our ceremony everyone puts their phones away. The reason for this is because we have hired a photographer, and we don't want everyone's phones in the background of our professional photos. But more importantly we are also holding this ceremony with the intention that everyone will be present in this very intimate and special moment we have chosen to share. After the ceremony is over, YES please take photos! Then send them to us! :)
It is beautiful! During the day the temperatures are likely to range from the mid 70s-mid 80s. In the evenings once the sun goes down, it is nice to have a sweater or light jacket.
We recommend looking for lodging in Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, or Naples. The address to the venue is listed on our website, under the "Travel" tab. Feel free to use that as a point of reference when browsing Airbnb or hotel options.
