We're *STILL* Getting Married!

We were set up by mutual friends. Tyler's cousin married one of my old friends from school. In a conversation, somehow my name came up, and the couple thought Tyler and I should meet (even though Tyler lived three hours away from me). Well, a couple of weeks later, Tyler drove down to meet me at a Jr. High/High School Fine Arts competition I was attending. I was smitten instantly, and Tyler came to dinner with my parents and a group of our friends that very night. And the rest is history!

It was a casual Saturday, and Tyler had driven down to see me for the weekend. That morning, Tyler all of a sudden grabbed my hand and took me into our music room. He sat at the piano and sang a song I had written for him called "Always and Forever." However, he'd changed some of the verses! Knowing what was to come, I cried my eyes out the entire time. After he was finished, Tyler got down on one knee and asked me to marry him, with his late mother's engagement ring. (Spoiler alert: I said yes!) We cannot wait to spend the rest of our lives together!
