Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards

If you're in town on Thursday, we recommend heading up to Carter's Mountain for the Thursday night sunset series from 6-9p.  There is typically live music, food trucks, Bold Rock, and stunning sunsets!

Carter Mountain Orchard

About 30 minutes outside of town, you will find fantastic views of the blue ridge on this out-and-back hike.  It is about a mile both ways, so dress accordingly.

Humpback Rock

We went here on our first date! A great spot for sushi on the downtown mall.

Ten Sushi

Visit the mountaintop home of Thomas Jefferson.

Monticello

A great vineyard option for a large group.  Bring a blanket and some snacks and enjoy the wine and views.

King Family Vineyards

A little further out, but one of our favorite breweries! They have great food and beverage options in a mountainous setting.  They often have live music on the weekends.
