The dress code is black tie preferred. Ladies can wear floor or ankle length dresses or separates. Gentlemen can wear a tuxedo or suit and tie. Please note the ceremony is on grass and the reception will be outdoors under a tent, so dress accordingly.
Yes, there is parking onsite at Eastwood. We strongly encourage taking the shuttles from one of the hotels if you are staying nearby. If you choose to park and leave your car overnight, all vehicles must be picked up by 10am Sunday morning. If you are driving, please park in the overflow lot to take the shuttle up to the terrace level.
Shuttles will depart from the Omni Downtown and the Courtyard near the corner at 3:50pm. If you are not taking these shuttles, please arrive by 4:10 for enough time to be seated for the Ceremony.
Shuttles will depart from the Omni Downtown and the Courtyard near the corner at 3:50pm. Please arrive with plenty of time to get on the bus and confirm you are heading to Eastwood as there may be other buses in the area. Omni Shuttle will pick up on Water St near the bus stop. Courtyard Shuttle will pick up on Main St. At the end of the night, the shuttles will take everyone back to Charlottesville, stopping near Crozet, followed by stops at each of the hotels.
