Question

Do I Really Have to Spend All Weekend With You Two??

Answer

I think you mean, do you GET to hang out with us in the beautiful Fingerlakes all weekend?! In all seriousness, we know that the wedding day will go by in the blink of an eye and we would love to spend as much time with you all as possible! We chose to invite a small group of close family and friends to the Fingerlakes in the hopes that not only would you attend our wedding, but also have the opportunity for a weekend getaway and enjoy the destination with us. We would love for you to spend as much of the weekend with us as your time allows, but we also understand you have lives to get back to! We are planning to be in the area from Wednesday to Sunday.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We plan to have the ceremony outdoors as long as the weather cooperates. If rain is in the forecast, the ceremony will either be moved to a covered area on property or kept in the original location with a rain tent or umbrellas provided. Cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor. Both dinner and the reception will be held in an enclosed area.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal or cocktail attire is preferred. The ceremony will take place in a grassy area, so ladies may want to avoid stillettos.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, we will have transportation to and from all three of the hotels listed on our website. If you are staying at an Air BnB, VRBO, etc., there is on-site parking at the venue for up to 40 cars. You may also drive to one of the hotels for pickup/drop off! Ubers and Lyfts are not readily available at all in this area! There will be a golf cart attendant on site to assist those who may need it from the drop-off site to the ceremony site. We will also have transportation to and from the after-party back to the hotels should you choose to attend. For those staying at any of the three hotels that do choose to drive themselves to and from the venue: if you end up just having too good of a time and are unable to drive safely at the end of the night, we do ask that you take advantage of the provided transportation and leave your vehicle on-site. The venue requires all cars be picked up no later than 9 AM on Saturday, September 27th.

Question

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Question

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes - please let us know when you RSVP and we will make accommodations for you.

For all the days along the way
